Battling hunger in Wyoming

The High Fidelity Wraparound Program in Wyoming is actively engaged in First Lady Jennie Gordon's Wyoming Hunger Initiative. Launched in October 2019, this initiative is dedicated to eradicating hunger in Wyoming by increasing awareness and extending support to local anti-hunger organizations throughout the state.

First Lady Gordon served as the keynote speaker at HFWA's Collaborative Connections Conference. In addition, HFWA has communicated with stakeholders via email regarding the Wyoming Hunger Initiative's offering of a grant cycle for "flexible funding," which encompasses expenses not meeting the criteria for infrastructure or food. The window for grant applications spanned May 1 to May 31, 2024, with successful applicants receiving notifications during the week of July 10.
