Build brighter days with community
Resources for Mental Health Awareness Month and beyond
As you are likely aware, feeling connected to others plays a significant role in mental health. When people experience loss, trauma or isolation, or feel marginalized or bullied, community can be especially important.
While finding or building community may take time, it can make a real difference. Strong relationships reduce stress, support mental health and help make life more meaningful.
During May and throughout the year, Magellan is committed to increasing awareness about mental health, well-being, and the importance of recognizing and addressing concerns. We invite you to engage with us through our Mental Health Awareness Month resources, and share with your clients, patients, family, friends and colleagues.
