1. Survey results: How you manage payer-related tasks
When we asked about how you manage payer-related tasks, over 60% said you personally manage these responsibilities within your practice. This includes checking member eligibility and benefits, submitting claims, requesting authorization, etc.
One-third of you spend less than four hours on payer-related tasks each month, but over 70% navigate to four or more payer portal or websites to complete those tasks.
We are always looking to improve our providers’ digital experience and your valuable input helps us work toward that!
2. Survey results: top reasons for joining Provider iMput
The top reason participants joined this group…to create better experiences for providers. The second highest reason is to share feedback with Magellan on issues that are important to you. Striving to support our network providers is one of our primary goals too. It is only in hearing from you that we can learn the best way to make steps to improve!
