SOON! The 2020 Provider Satisfaction Survey will be coming to an inbox near you
Magellan will launch our new and improved national provider satisfaction survey this summer. Instead of sending it out every year, as we have done in the past, we will be switching to a bi-annual cycle.
No doubt you have a lot on your mind these days, and we want you to know we truly look forward to hearing from you.
To make it easier for you to respond, we've:
- Reduced the number of questions.
- Made questions short and simple.
- Included a place for you to enter comments.
Not only does your feedback help us improve the quality of services and programs available to Magellan members, it also gives us insight into what is important to you as a provider so we can work to improve your experience with us.
Note: If you serve members of select commercial and employer health plan customers, we may still ask you to share your feedback annually. This is because these plans have requested an annual report on Magellan provider satisfaction. However, we will try to keep things as simple as we can.
