Are young people you serve struggling with mental health and isolation?
Let them know they have peer support with MY LIFE virtual meet ups
You know that for young people who already struggle with mental health, substance use, foster care and/or other challenges, their difficulties could intensify in isolation due to social distancing.
That’s why we encourage you to let these youth know they are not alone.
Invite them to participate in the Stay Home for MY LIFE Virtual Youth Fest activities occurring every Thursday from 4 - 5:30 p.m. (Eastern) until stay-at-home orders are lifted.
Register at www.bit.ly/mylifeyouthfest.
This free event features an exciting line up of inspirational speakers, uplifting entertainment, fun activities, information and resources. It’s designed for youth and young adults, ages 13-23, who have experience with mental health, substance use, foster care and/or other challenges, and those who support them (including parents, caregivers, and providers).
